Boller Properties was founded by Jimmy Boller in 2009. The company focuses on income producing real estate, with an emphasis on creating long-term value through disciplined investing and active asset management.

Jimmy began his real estate career with a boutique brokerage firm in Dallas, Texas, specializing in tenant representation. He later expanded his practice to include the leasing and management of multi-tenant commercial properties for a private investor, gaining firsthand experience in acquisitions and operations of income-producing real estate.

Since founding Boller Properties, Jimmy has built a strong track record of identifying, acquiring, and operating commercial real estate. Today, he serves as general partner in a portfolio encompassing more than 900,000 square feet with an aggregate market value of approximately $150,000,000. The portfolio has been built with a conservative approach to leverage, maintaining a strong financial position through varying market conditions.

Outside of real estate, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. A former collegiate tennis player at the University of Nebraska and Texas Tech University, he continues to enjoy playing both tennis and golf.
